How long will the cleaning take? ▼
Timing depends on your home size and condition. A standard 2-bedroom takes 2–3 hours. A deep clean or move-out clean takes 4–6 hours. Martha will give you an estimated timeframe when she confirms your booking.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? ▼
No — most customers are not home. Just provide access instructions (key, lockbox code, garage code) and our background-checked team handles everything. We will notify you when the team arrives and when they are done.
Do you bring your own supplies? ▼
Yes — we bring all professional cleaning supplies. If you have preferred products for specific surfaces just leave them out and we will use them. We recommend customers have their own mop and vacuum to avoid cross-contamination between homes.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning? ▼
Contact Martha within 24 hours with photos or video of the areas of concern and we will return to re-clean those specific areas at no charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
How does payment work? ▼
Payment is due after service is completed. We accept Square (card), Zelle, Venmo, Cash and Check. A $50 deposit may be required to secure your first appointment — Martha will confirm this when she calls.
What is your cancellation policy? ▼
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice are free. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Please call or text us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
What time will the team arrive? ▼
We schedule arrival windows rather than exact times because we serve multiple homes each day. Martha will confirm your arrival window when she calls. We always notify you if we are running early or late.
Are add-ons like oven cleaning and fridge cleaning included? ▼
Add-ons such as inside oven, inside refrigerator, dish washing, bed linen change and special projects must be requested in advance and confirmed with Martha before your appointment. Exception: Move-In/Move-Out cleaning includes inside appliances at no extra charge.
