Refrigerator interior cleaning is an add-on and must be scheduled ahead of time. Not included in standard cleaning.

Deep oven cleaning requires advance coordination. Must be requested and confirmed before your appointment.

Any special cleaning project outside the standard scope must be requested in advance and confirmed with Martha before the appointment.

Wash, dry and fold laundry is an add-on. Must be scheduled in advance. We use your machines.
β οΈ Important: Any task not confirmed in advance will not be performed during your cleaning visit. Please coordinate all add-ons with Martha before your appointment date.

- We bring all professional cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your service
- Our products are EPA-registered, OSHA and CDC compliant β safe for children and pets
- We are happy to use YOUR preferred products if you leave them out for us
- To avoid cross-contamination between homes we recommend customers have their own mop, bucket or vacuum if preferred

- β Provide access instructions (key, code, lockbox)

Our professionals are trained to follow a specific system that delivers the best results. Interruptions affect quality and timing. For the protection of both our customers and our team members, customers should not contact team members directly outside of their scheduled appointment. Do not arrange additional tasks, projects or appointments directly with team members without Martha's prior knowledge and approval. Payment is due after service is completed. We accept the following:

β’ If you discover damage after the team leaves, report it within 24 hours with photos or video
β’ Claims reported after 24 hours cannot be verified and may not be honored
β’ We are fully insured and will work with you to resolve any verified damage claim promptly
